Premiere on Pine

Premiere on Pine is a luxury residential tower, located in the heart of Seattle, with 40 floors of modern apartments and amenity spaces. Since 2020 we have had the good fortune to work with this client to deliver significant renovations to several crucial common spaces from the ground level to the top.

Working closely with the client and interior designers, Woodblock oversaw the Main Lobby remodel from concept through construction, including a refresh of finishes and lighting throughout the space, an updated elevator, and new restroom fixtures. 

After the successful completion of the Lobby and 6th Floor projects, Woodblock coordinated all efforts for the 40th floor Amenities TI. This project has upgraded the casework, finishes, and fixtures in the common areas, and has provided new amenities like a billiard area and private work booths to turn this top-floor resident amenity space into the place to be for relaxation, productivity, and community.
