The Holiday Inn Express at Roseburg is a four-story, 100-room hotel located along the I-5 corridor. The project required thoughtful modifications to the brand prototype to comply with updated accessibility and energy codes. WBA collaborated closely with the ownership and operations team to ensure the design aligned with operational goals while maintaining brand standards. The ground floor is organized around shared guest amenities, including a lobby, breakfast area, fitness center, indoor pool, and guest laundry.
