He may be Cas, but is he well?
Actually, so well... Because he’s CasWELL. Wow, was that our best one yet? Should we retire? Is this our way of saying that we’re updating our pages and they are a WIP? Yes, but for now you can just sit in the glory of this brilliantly executed one liner.
How is San Luis Obispo this time of year?
Well considering you could read this at any time of year we’ll give you the most important answer and that is, devastated. Losing Caswell to the Pacific Northwest was hard on the city, but they’ve managed to persevere regardless. They have a restaurant specializing in grilled cheese, if that’s not healing we don’t know what is. Oh no, wait. That’s Sacramento.
Do you regret putting a city in chaos?
Honestly, no. And we’d do it again. Caswell brings with him not only experience in Multifamily and Residential work, but a strong passion for line dancing. Which was never a requirement of working with us, but also was the skill we never knew our projects needed. Line dancing and line work on plans… hand in hand baby. Who knew?
What’s like, his vibe?
Mellow. Something not often found in the Woodblock family and for that the office plants are grateful. The amount of chit chat these plants have to listen to can be overwhelming at times and Caswell brings the serenity they require. The plants also value the way he approaches his projects, always starting first in a sketchbook and keeping projects rooted in the basics of design to create something great.
