Boardwalk Apartments

This three-story mixed-use development is located within Tigard’s Mixed Use zone and includes ground-floor office space with tuck-under parking. The ground level also incorporates an accessible dwelling unit. The project provides nine luxury apartments ranging from approximately 900 to 1,000 square feet, each featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen islands, and in-unit washers and dryers.
Redeveloped from a former single-family site, the project navigated stringent zoning and design criteria that created a constrained footprint and required careful planning. The building massing is intentionally simple and refined, highlighted by a dramatic single-pitch roof over the street-facing volume that establishes a strong architectural presence.
